Would you be in breach of copyright if you put the Curtin logo at the top of your web page for an assignment? This information may be difficult to find so be prepared for a search and some independent thought!

Oh my gosh! After about a day of searching the Curtin Uni website, I finally figured I'd just Google "Curtin Uni Policies" which took all of about 2 seconds! First one on the list at; http://www.policies.curtin.edu.au/policies/viewpolicy.cfm?id=959f55ad-fec2-11dc-b6c5-253dc30d60f2. At the bottom of the page there is a downloadable pdf file on use of the Curtin logo.

As was stated in the curriculum, this question was very difficult to answer and the only info I could locate is the following section, directly quoted from the uni website;

4.5 AUTHORISATION AND RELEASE OF THE LOGO
4.5.1 The logo as a registered trademark is protected from unauthorised use.
4.5.2 The logo may only be released for use by another agency, upon approval by University

I guess my answer to this question would be; only if I hadn't sought and received approval in writing.
